More than 100,000 people are eligible for a $600 lottery ticket to win a game of Magic Kingdom Park’s annual “Cavs Ticket.”
Tickets will be sold at the Walt Disney World Resort at the Disney California Adventure park in California, where the annual lottery will run until Dec. 23.
The ticket will be valid for a single day only, so if you plan to attend more than one day of the Magic Kingdom park’s events, it might be worth checking your email or checking your status on your ticketing site to make sure you’re eligible.
“The ticket is a combination of a lottery ticket, a photo ID, and a digital signature,” according to a statement from Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
“If you do not provide the correct information, the ticket will not be honored.”
Here’s how to claim the lottery:Log on to your Disney Parks MagicBand account or the Waltz MagicBand app and create a MagicBand.
Select “My Tickets” and click on “Claim Tickets.”
Fill out the form to request a ticket.
If you miss your chance to claim your tickets, you’ll be asked to provide a photo identification and other required information.
You’ll also be asked if you would like to provide an email address, so you can update your status with your ticket.
Once your tickets are confirmed, you can redeem them on MagicBand by clicking on the green check mark.
The total value of your ticket will equal the value of the ticket plus the amount of the lottery ticket.
If you missed your chance, you could also submit your tickets to a MagicCard.
If your tickets aren’t valid, you might have to wait until next year’s event to claim them.
The lottery has been running since 2009 and was one of the first to offer digital ticketing for the park.
Last year, Walt Disney Imagineers and artists used a similar method to get tickets.
You may not have been able to purchase a lottery or buy multiple tickets at the same time.
The event was cancelled last year, but this year, Magic Kingdom will offer a new lottery, which will start at 8 p.m.
PT on Dec. 17.
